Hi Tai! I really enjoyed watching your introduction video and getting to know you more. I teach first grade in a public school now, but previously taught kindergarten and enjoyed it as much as you seem to. I, like you, love to read. Although, I don't get to read much for pleasure as I would like since working on my ED.S and ED.D in Educational Leadership.
I like how you mentioned that you would like to learn how to inspire others to use technology. I think it is very important to help motivate some of our more hesitant colleagues to use more technology into their classroom. I live in a small, rural community and it is my hopes that more and more technology integration will take place over the next few years.

Hello Taisia, good luck in this course. I like the point you make about learning to inspire others through the use of technology. Motivation is one of the key elements in getting a student to achieve their goals in the classroom and life. Also, learning to motivate colleagues to use more technology is good because it will only continue to be widely used in education.
