EDUC 638 Reflection 1

These are my thoughts and reflection on chapters 1-2 (Hall) and chapters 1-3 (Picciano). Overall, I think it is great to integrate the content from both texts in order to understand how to lead in educational technology while understanding the essential components for an effective program. Please share your thoughts and comments. Thanks!

  1. HI Tai,
I thought your comparison between the kindergarten and 5th grade staff was a great illustration on what Don Hall was attempting to relate to us. Different forms of leadership are constantly appearing within schools and learning to adapt as well as use these personalities effectively can sometimes be a challenge. Students in school need to see a variety of personalities working together as a team and I think that is one of the main points that Mr. Hall was trying to make in his text. Thanks for your post!
